NOTICE: Due to rainy weather, the September 6th
workday has been postponed until October.

Help!:
- Volunteers are needed to help cut the grass this
spring and summer. We are also need help weeding the
flower beds, trimming the edges of the lawn and pruning shrubs.
There is a sign-up sheet in the narthex or you
can contact Marvin Perkins.
- Special Thanks
to all who have donated to Garner Area Ministries. You have
truely helped us through the summer months! If you would sill
like to donate, we continue to need food items all year round.
Donation boxes are located in the narthex and the
breezeway.

Missions:
- Boy Scout Troop 392 is selling rain barrels for
$65.00. A sample rain barrel is located in the breezeway.
To buy one call the scouts at 868-6702.
- FAITH Project Plant Sale! Calling all
gardeners, birdhouse builders and similar types! Later this summer, the
FAITH Project Group will have a plant and birdhouse sale to raise funds
to support ongoing activities. If you are overrun with too much of a
type of plant in your garden or have a pile of scrap wood around your
house just saying "Use me to build a bird house" we would love to have
your donations. The members of the F.A.I.T.H. group will be compiling
native plants (perennials, shrubs, etc) to sell. We would love to have
your help with donations and then come out and see what you can
purchase to add to your yard and garden. Keep watch for a date and
